Luxury Beauty Brands are Navigating a Changing Market

Luxury brands are responding to changing consumer expectations, new regulations, and environmental requirements. New supply chain pressures are also emerging. Luxe Pack Monaco 2026 will focus on solutions that combine desirability with performance, sustainability, and manufacturing expertise.

“Today, the luxury beauty industry is navigating an increasingly complex landscape. The market is shaped by supply chain disruptions, mounting regulatory and environmental requirements, and shifting global market dynamics,” says Fabienne Germond, Show Director. “Against this backdrop, Luxe Pack Monaco has a clear mission: to bring together over three days and under one roof, the brands and manufacturers driving the packaging solutions of tomorrow.

Luxe Pack Monaco selects its exhibitors based on their expertise, reliability, and ability to meet the demands of luxury brands. Leading manufacturers scheduled to exhibit include Albéa, All4Labels Italy, APR Packaging, BN International, Oskar Karla, Unitrade, Veritiv—and many more.

Representatives from Clarins, Coty, Dior, Kering, L’Oréal, LVMH, Puig, and Unilever are among the expected visitors.

One of the show’s new features, Innovation Unpacked, will make it easier for attendees to identify noteworthy technical and scientific developments.

An expert jury will select eight exhibitor innovations for presentation during two dedicated sessions. The jury includes Sophie Chou of LVMH, Marion Korus Trossat of Interparfums, Jeremy Lindley of Diageo, and Jordan Molinie of L’Oréal.

The selected projects address new materials, manufacturing processes, functionality, performance, scalability, or changing consumer behaviors. Each innovation will be presented by a jury member and industry expert, adding context for brand decision-makers evaluating its potential.

Luxe Pack Monaco is introducing Learning Expeditions—guided, expert-led routes designed to connect visitors with exhibitors and innovations relevant to specific project needs.

The three itineraries will focus on Exceptional Pieces, highlighting craftsmanship and rare creations; New Materials, exploring material innovation; and Refill & Reuse, dedicated to refillable and reusable packaging solutions.

The show’s new Digital Smart Matchmaking service will recommend exhibitors based on each visitor’s objectives and interests. Pre-scheduled one-on-one appointments and a dedicated concierge service for brands aim to make networking more efficient.

More than 15 conferences and talks will address four themes:

  • Craftsmanship, design, and durability
  • Sustainability supported by proof rather than promises
  • The changing global geography of luxury
  • Innovations shaping packaging’s future

Sessions will explore the PPWR, circularity, and shifting consumer expectations. Plus, packaging’s growing role in creating emotion and telling a brand story will be explored. Speakers will also examine how Gen Z is changing luxury in East Asia. Photogenic unboxing experiences, personalization, cultural relevance, and “packaging with a second life” are becoming increasingly important.

The conference program includes “The Emotional Imperative: Packaging’s New Role in Luxury’s Renaissance.” The speakers are Margaux Rica of L’Oréal Luxe and Eric Briones of Journal du Luxe. The British Beauty Council’s Millie Kendall and Weleda UK’s Jayn Sterland will discuss circular innovation, while Fragonard will share how the heritage Maison continues to evolve as it celebrates its centenary.

Returning show features include: The Portal, spotlighting new materials and technologies; collaborative Col’Lab workshops; Make a Mark; the Luxe Pack in Green Awards, and more.
